Task: Make Inventory Of Staff Transfer
The objective of this task is to make the list of all people in scope of obligatory staff transfer.

Main Description
A list is made of all people in scope for the staff transfer and their current employer. This list might include information like date of birth, date of employment at their current employer, their current role and/or expertise. This information is logged in the Staff Transfer List artifact. This list is shared in anonymous form with the Knowledge Exchange work stream so that they can plan the knowledge exchange.

The next step is making a complete inventory of all terms and conditions related to the job contracts of the staff in scope. Think about salary, bonuses and variable income, pension plans and pension rights, holiday day rights, mobility allowances, expense allowances, compensation for standby and working night and weekend shifts etc.
Inventory is made of the whole standard package per person as the basis to be able to compare these terms and conditions with and to convert them into Capgemini terms and conditions.

Some persons might have special arrangements with their current employer like the right to work from home on specific days in the week, arrangements due to long term illness, immobility or handicaps. We need to create a complete view of all elements to take into account in case of a staff take-over per person.

Knowing what the standard package and special arrangements are per person is one part of the current state.
There might however be more than that to take into account. There might be also applicable arrangements and requirements in local country and/or regional laws which might be very clear to every citizen but are not mentioned in the contract with their current employer and are also not described in their standard employee package.

It could for instance be that the law dictates that a person taken over should be given the same job and responsibilities for a minimum amount of time, that a person cannot be laid off within the first 2 years after staff take-over, that a person should be compensated for differences in pension plans etc. The local country and regional law arrangements and requirements are also terms and conditions to take into account.
